KKR Janakeeya Medical Clinic was created with a clear purpose: to bring dependable healthcare closer to the people of Cheruvathur and neighbouring communities. Guided by compassion and strengthened by community support, the clinic seeks to reduce the distance, uncertainty, and financial pressure that families may face when they need medical attention.
The clinic operates in association with the Society for Cost Care Community on Rural Health, registered as KSR/CA/406/2023. Its story is rooted in the determination of founder K. Kunhiraman, a stone mason who transformed a deeply personal experience into a public mission.

Public reporting in 2023 documented how K. Kunhiraman used his masonry skills, personal resources, and community support to construct the clinic near the Cheruvathur Village Office. The facility was conceived in response to difficult family and community experiences involving medical cost, distance, and access.
